Did some pressing in my tennis shoes tonight. I want to wear them since I’ll be faster between presses in the medley. It went ok. I hit 350 on the log in them but I am definitely not 100% as stable so its a touch risky. Tonight was a really fast workout since I didn’t make it in until 9 and only had 60 minutes.
