Thursday 7-23-2009

Weird night tonight. My straps on my dead suit kept falling off and pulling my arms off the bar. Every time it was during the 4th rep my right strap fell, then the 6th rep my left strap…

The good news is, the 6th rep felt like the first. I am pretty confident I will get 12 with the axle at just about any hight but I won’t know until next week when I tighten the straps a bit. The good news is my wrist straps are working great on the axle now that I’m using a false grip.

600 x6 this time the blocks rocked forward and I just about fell
