Testing a few suits out today. I’ve lost enough weight that even my old ‘too tight’ suits are loose and give me almost nothing. Hopefully I am over these illnesses. I dropped from 335 to 325 in a night last week due to a crazy fever. I’ve never had visible muscle loss like this before. A little terrifying. Tonight wasn’t too bad though. Dynamic Warm-Ups… ...
